Second-Time Registration for CSD Customers in AFD CSD Online Portal

The CSD AFD online portal sale has commenced for May 2023. Please be advised that user registration and modifications can only be performed between 6:00 PM to 10:00 AM daily on the CSD AFD online portal. For assistance, kindly contact the AFD CSD online portal helpdesk at 0120-6933434 between 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM from Monday to Sunday.

Note that the implementation of Compensation Cess on CSD Outward Supplies on Four Wheelers and Two Wheelers (as applicable) will commence from 01st Oct 2022 by CSD HO. Therefore, there will be a slight increase in the selling cost of vehicles due to GST implications.

LED TV Not Available in CSD AFD Portal

We regret to inform you that due to the price revision underway by the OEMs, water purifiers and LED/LCD/Plasma are currently unavailable for sale. We are working with the OEMs to update prices as soon as possible. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Please be aware that the images in the portal are not actual. Kindly visit the respective OEMs website or dealer showroom to see the actual product and image. If an item/index is not visible in the portal, it means that the selling rate has not been submitted by the OEM due to changes in model/price/production issues, etc. Such items will be available for sale once rates are received and updated in the portal.

Refund Case in CSD AFD Portal

For refund cases, CSD beneficiaries must submit an application to nominated URC along with bank and account details for processing refund by URC and concerned CSD depots. Please refer to the CONTACT US section to obtain email IDs to approach concerned offices.

Before placing any demand, please refer to the “FAQ, Eligibility Criteria and How to Make Payment” menus in the Portal.

All beneficiaries are hereby informed that rates received from OEM have been updated in the portal, and items are available for sale. If an item/index is not visible in the portal, it means that the selling rate has not been submitted by the OEM due to changes in model/price/production issue, etc. Such items will be available for sale once rates are received and updated.

Re-Registration Process in CSD AFD Portal

The new user registration process for the AFD CSD Canteen Online Portal will begin on January 5, 2023. A new registration process for all CSD Canteen smart card clients in the AFD CSD online portal begins tomorrow (5th January 2023)!

On its official portal, the AFD CSD Online Portal Team announced that new user registration would commence on January 5, 2023, after the adoption of modifications regarding Revised Eligibility/Cost Ceiling Limits for AFD-I products, including Retired Defence Civilians.
