Important Notice for CSD AFD Beneficiaries
- The GST revisions on certain categories of goods are now applicable.
- Prices displayed on the AFD Portal remain valid only up to 21 September 2025.
- From 22 September 2025 onwards, the revised GST slab rates will apply in line with new government guidelines.
Key Points for CSD Customers after GST Revision 2.0
- Revised GST rates are being updated in coordination with OEMs and dealers.
- Purchase Orders and final invoicing will reflect updated GST rates, which may differ from older dealer quotations.
- Portal-displayed rates shall be treated as correct and final.
- Beneficiaries must always verify the final price with the dealer before payment.
CSD Guidelines for Beneficiaries in Sep 2025
- If you have already received quotations under the current GST slab, ensure that your Local Supply (LS) Order is placed with the dealer latest by 18 September 2025.
- All LS orders under the existing GST rates must be invoiced strictly on or before 21 September 2025.
- Any pending LS orders not invoiced within this timeline will automatically fall under the revised GST slabs, leading to administrative and financial implications.
- Dealers must complete invoicing before the deadline to avoid compliance issues.

- Monitor the AFD Portal regularly for updated price lists and official notices.
- Coordinate closely with their respective dealers to complete all purchase formalities well before the GST revision deadline.
- Note that CSD authorities will not be responsible for any compliance or statutory issues arising after 21 September 2025 due to delayed invoicing.
