The CSD (Canteen Stores Department) has been successfully operating the online portal for over two years, providing excellent services to personnel from the three armed forces and civilian employees, without generating any profit.

Every holder of a CSD URC Grocery Smart Card is eligible to make purchases through the portal at prices lower than those in the open market. These purchases include cars, bikes, scooters, electric vehicles, TVs, washing machines, fridges, and air conditioners. The CSD prices are approximately 10 to 15% less than the market prices!

It is important for customers to regularly check their profile page on the CSD AFD online portal for various options and features. The first two sections are ‘Shop’ and ‘Dashboard’.

1. Demands: This section provides an overview of your purchasing activities on the portal. It includes details of your purchases, payment information, and dates of payment.

2. Billing Address: Your current billing address is displayed on this page.

3. Update Registration: This page allows you to make changes and updates to your personal data. Please ensure that all details are correct.

4. Update Mobile & Email: This section displays your mobile number and email ID.

5. Change Password: On this page, you can change your password using your registered email ID and mobile phone.
