Composite Transfer Grant (CTG)
The Composite Transfer Grant (CTG) is paid to compensate incidental expenses during transfer.

- If transferred within same city: CTG = 1/3rd of 80% of Basic Pay
- Admissible for retirement transfer also
- Not admissible for temporary transfers
Transportation Rules for Conveyance
Employees may transport their personal conveyance during transfer:
- Reimbursement based on distance and approved rates
- Car transport allowed for Pay Level 6 and above
- Scooter/Motorcycle allowed for all levels

Transportation Rules for Personal Effects
Transport of household goods is reimbursed based on maximum weight entitlement and rates approved by the Government.
